Inspired by the guitars made in the 1930s, Tanglewood set out to create a series of instruments that evokes these traditional values, yet offers the benefits a guitar manufactured in the modern era. Crossroads guitars feature carefully selected tone woods and a unique bracing pattern that is meant to enhance a players inherit style. These guitars feature a Spruce top, Mahogany back & sides, a Mahogany neck, and a Rosewood fingerboard & bridge for a classic sound and familiar feel. This OE models is also equipped with Tanglewood's TEQ-3BT pickup & preamp system, bringing modern function to this classic design. Crossroads guitars also fetaure off a beautiful satin Whiskey Barrel burst for a authentic, old-world look.
